Battle of the Bands
The 2009 Battle of the Bands will take place on Saturday, April 11, at Tasty World in downtown Athens, GA. This year will see some changes, including all bands competing in one category, with two winners: one judged, and one selected by audience vote. The winning bands will play at the 31st Athens Human Rights Festival on college square in Athens; check the festival schedule for specific times.
Many thanks to Tasty World for hosting this event. All proceeds benefit the Athens Human Rights Festival. Come out and support your favorite band!
